Delivery and Conditions
We use the service of recognized carriers to ship orders. If you are not present during the delivery, the carrier leaves you a notice card indicating where the package can be picked up (distribution center closest to you). You have 15 days to pick up your package. After this period, it is returned to us with costs. If we need to return the package to you, you will have to pay the cost of returning the package to our warehouse as well as reshipping the order to your address. If there is an error on your part in the address, postal code, apartment, office etc., the same return and reshipment costs will apply.
The timeframe is specified when ordering (generally 3-6 weeks).
It is always possible to pick up your order at our workshop by appointment.
We are not responsible at any time for any damage that you may have suffered due to a longer delivery time (example: the costs of an electrician).
We will provide you with a tracking number by email as soon as the merchandise is shipped. By clicking on the tracking number, you will automatically go to the carrier's website. This then tells you where your order is. You can also see the tracking of your delivery, by entering the tracking number provided.
Collection 20-20-10: Your order is shipped for free anywhere in Canada.
For custom items, fees will be calculated upon submission.
Paypal is a global e-commerce business enabling payments and money transfers over the Internet. Paypal is an online payment service for secure, easy and fast payment in online stores while being free of charge. The merchant never sees your credit card and account numbers. Plus, you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments made from your account.
Acceptance of an order
Receipt by email of the confirmation of an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted an order and is not a confirmation of commitment to sell the products mentioned. We reserve the right to refuse to do business with a customer and / or to set a quantity limit for any item in an order. We reserve the right to cancel an order (including an accepted order) if the price or important information on the website is incorrect. If we cancel your order, you will be notified that the order has been canceled and refunded to the original payment type.
The prices of our products are indicated in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are added.
Miora Lighting continually engages in research related to product improvement. New materials, production methods and design refinements are introduced into existing products without notice as a routine expression of the philosophy. For this reason any current Miora Lighting product may differ in some respect from its published description, but will always equal or exceed the original design specifications unless otherwise noted.
Miora Lighting, or 9444-3371 Québec Inc., herein referred to as Miora, warrants each new product (except for spare parts or products Miora does not manufacture) for a period of TWO (2) years from date of shipment to correct by repair or replacement any part defect due to faulty material or workmanship. Under these same terms products with an LED light source shall be warranted for a period of FIVE (5) years.
The customer must receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to return, return shipment must be visibly marked with the RMA number and the product must be returned (shipping prepaid) to the factory at:

The return must be within THIRTY (30) days of receiving the RMA from Miora. Miora warrants for NINETY (90) days any spare part it manufactures. On spare parts or products Miora does not manufacture, such as lamps, sockets, lenses, drivers, etc. Miora will grant the same warranty given Miora by its vendors.
Miora assumes no responsibility for damage or faulty performance caused by misuse, improper installation, careless handling or where repairs have been attempted by others.
This warranty is in lieu of all warranties or guarantees expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume Miora any other liability with the sale of Miora’s products.
Terms of Sale
DELIVERY: Miora will make every attempt to ship from stock. Miora does not accept responsibility and shall not be held liable for delays in delivery due to any cause whatsoever beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fires, acts of God, governmental orders, strikes, inability to obtain necessary labor, materials or manufacturing facilities.
CLAIMS: Count and inspect all packages carefully before signing delivery receipts. If a shortage in the contents of a package is suspected, contact Miora immediately. If Miora is instructed to drop ship an order the dealer and/or his customer are responsible for immediately examining the contents for damage or loss. No claims will be allowed after 3 working days from receipt of shipment. Needed inspection by carrier for loss or damage is to be reported by the dealer.
RETURNS: Goods are not acceptable for return to Miora unless a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been granted. All returns must be shipped prepaid with an RMA number. All returns will be inspected for damage. If applicable, cost to restore merchandise to “as new” condition will be deducted from any credit due. Additionally, all returns are subject to a 50% restocking charge. No return will be accepted if more than 30 days has elapsed since ship date.
CANCELLATION: A cancelled order is accepted within 10 days of receipt of purchase order. A 50% manufacturing/processing fee will be applied on an cancellation following those 10 days.
HOLD FOR RELEASE ORDER: All “Hold for Release Orders” will be at the discretion of Miora Lighting. No order is processed or built until the order is released.
QUOTATIONS: Miora Lighting will provide factory quotations to Authorized Miora dealers. Miora Lighting is not responsible for take offs on specifications submitted. A complete bill of materials, including part numbers, accessories and lamps shall be provided by the Miora dealer. Quotations will be completed in a timely manner and processed in the order that they are received. Miora Lighting cannot be held responsible for missed deadlines.
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. It is the dealers responsibility to check the quotation provided by Miora. Miora Lighting will not be responsible for any missing items.
PURCHASE ORDERS: All purchase orders submitted to Miora require Miora part #’s for proper processing.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE CONDITIONS.
